letting process
Our Agents will actively screen and vet the all prospective tenants prior to putting an offer through to you, this ensures they don't waste your time. Once agreed we will then carry out a comprehensive reference using a national credit agency. This way we ensure we get the right tenant for you as quickly as possible.
You have 24 hour access via email and telephone, to your Agent so you remain constantly informed and up to date on progress and any changes. All of our client data is kept confidential and keys are held securely in our offices so we do not have to disturb your everyday life when viewing the property. Chrome Homes uses the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDSL) to hold all Deposits.

Managing a rented property is very time-consuming. Building management has to be on call twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year. Most landlords use an agent to handle this for them. We provide but are not limited to, the following services:
